Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact Diane Massey, our complaints handling Partner.  Any complaint will be fully investigated using our internal complaints handling. 

A complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days of us receiving it.  You will then be sent a copy of our internal complaints handling procedure.

We will then review your complaint and telephone you within 7 working days of acknowledgement of the complaint to try to resolve it over the phone and if appropriate agree a course of action with you.  We will keep a central record of your complaint and send you written confirmation of our final response.  

If we are unable to resolve your complaint using our internal complaints process, you have a right to complain to the Legal Ombudsman, an independent complaints body, established under the Legal Services Act 2007, that deals with legal services complaints. You have six months from the date of our letter advising you that we have been unable to settle your complaint using our internal complaints process in which to complain to the Legal Ombudsman, whose address is:- Legal Ombudsman PO Box 6806 Wolverhampton WV1 9WJ Telephone: 0300 555 0333 Email address: enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk.  The Legal Ombudsman’s website address is www.legalombudsman.org.uk
