Ear Injury Compensation

Ear Injury Compensation

Ear injury compensation – Hearing loss can be caused by a number of factors and forces individuals to adapt the way they go about their daily lives. The amount of compensation awarded in a claim can depend on whether both ears have been affected and how severe the hearing loss has been. If your case is serious and involves complete deafness you could be entitled to the highest compensation award available.

  • Partial hearing loss with some tinnitus £5,000 to £32,000
  • Total hearing loss in one ear £20,000 to 32,000
  • Total deafness £60,000 to £75,000
