| What if I don't have a good case? |

If we don't think a case is likely to succeed we will tell you so. We won't raise your expectations or time by telling you otherwise.
In straightforward cases assessment of your prospects of success is free. If there is a lot of documentation to review or preliminary investigations are necessary in order for us to form a proper view on the strength of your case we will discuss initial charges up-front and agree a budget with you in advance of the work. |
