The law surrounding sexual harassment at work covers inappropriate behaviour by employers, colleagues and third parties, such as customers, distributors and clients.

Sexual harassment includes:
  • Leering at someone's body
  • Unwelcome comments of a sexual nature
  • Displaying offensive material
  • Sending offensive emails
  • Unnecessary touching or unwanted physical contact
