    • Serious hand injuries reducing the same to 50% capacity, gross cosmetic disfigurement etc - £32,000 to £15,000

    • Fractures from which an incomplete recovery is made - £14,500 to £9,250

    • Amputation of one foot - £57,500 to £43,250
    • Severe injuries - £35,000 to £23,750

  • Psychological injuries

    A report would have to be obtained from a qualified psychologist and/or psychiatrist but awards can range from £60,000 to £750
